Reservations

Reservations can be requested online by completing this form. Full payment is required to finalize your reservation. Please send us your request and follow up by calling 800-310-4504 between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm.

If you are making a reservation for multiple people you will be asked to provide contact information (address, phone, email) and personal information (height, weight, shoe size, age, medical, emergenct contact) for each person. Please have this information available when you call to finalize the reservation.

Participants 17 years or younger: A parent or guardian will be required to sign a waiver form before joining the School.
